Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/4 cups or 1 can of chickpeas
½ cup water
½ cup nut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp baking soda
200 grams soft pitted Medjool dates (approx. 12)
Pinch of salt
¾ cup unsweetened chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add the chickpeas, vanilla, water, dates, and nut butter to a food processor and process until smooth.
Once ingredients are well combined and smooth, add baking soda and blend briefly, just till combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop out the dough about 2-3 tablespoons at a time.
Place in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes until the tops have goldened slightly. Let cool on the tray until just warm before moving to a cooling rack.
Enjoy!

Pinch of salt

Wow.... Looks Amazing! I've been making my style of Veggie Lasagna but instead of the pasta I use a product called Crepini (Egg Wrap) because it has 0 Carbs, but It doesn't have the same texture that lasagna pasta has. The brand I found that has Chickpeas & Lentil is a brand called "Chickapea.".... and it has 34 gms of Carb... Is that the brand you recommend? I'm also trying to reduce carb intake.

Oh, oh something to try this weekend. We are the carrots family in some way we have carrots every day, in salads, stems and mostly in juice with apples every morning we love carrots cake but we have to stay away of it because of the butter and oils. Finally we have a healthy vegan one thank you❤
